Experian just recently joined Hyperledger as a new member and they are planning an internal hackathon using Hyperledger technologies. It is a two day event on Dec 5 and 6 and they're expecting in the range of 150 people.
Experian is divided into several different business units, and the hackathon is a chance for all the different units to come together to collaborate on innovation.
For the Hackathon itself, it’s essentially subdivided into 2 parts:
The first part is the ideajam (already happened) where people introduce ideas for the hacks.
The second is the actual hackathon where teams have ~24 hours to build some MVP and lean business plan in a 5 minute video to introduce the topic to the company.
Let the games begin!
